We currently accept the following insurance:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DMBA, EMI, Optum, Selecthealth, and United.

If we do not accept your insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill / monthly invoice if you would like to file for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance.

It is your responsibility to consult with your insurance company directly to determine your out-of-network benefits. Your insurance will provide you with information about whether your session will be covered, the percentage covered, and reimbursement procedures. Your insurance provider is the ultimate determiner of reimbursement.

Any cost incurred that is not covered by insurance will be the client's financial responsibility. 

$200 - 50-minute Intake and Assessment session

$150 - 50-minute Individual Therapy session
